January 3, 2023Encore offers table service with in-room dining starting an hour before show time. Please see our menu; kitchen is typically open until 9pm with full bar service available until last call which typically coincides with the performer’s final encore.
For your convenience, there is a 20% service charge added to all checks.
Looking for a full dining experience before the show? You’re also welcome to dine next door at The Collective Offshore, our full-service restaurant featuring an expanded food and beverage menu.
We recommend making a reservation for at least 90 minutes prior to showtime to allow plenty of time to enjoy your meal before the performance. Once you’re finished dining, your server will be happy to escort you over to Encore for check-in.
