What is the photography and recording policy?
The use of cellular devices to capture photos and videos will generally be permitted (without flash) unless otherwise specified. The use of recording equipment and cameras (with or without flash) during performances is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Encore and/or the Artist. Please contact boxoffice@thecollectivecolumbia.com to inquire about photography credentialing or any restrictions in effect for a performance. If recording equipment and camera usage is permitted during an event, please adhere to our approved shooting locations and any additional instructions provided by onsite management. What is your ticket refund policy?
All sales are final with no refunds unless the show is canceled by the venue.
What are the food and beverage options?
Encore offers table service with in-room dining starting an hour before show time. Please see our menu; kitchen is typically open until 9pm with full bar service available until last call which typically coincides with the performer’s final encore.
For your convenience, there is a 20% service charge added to all checks.
Looking for a full dining experience before the show? You’re also welcome to dine next door at The Collective Offshore, our full-service restaurant featuring an expanded food and beverage menu.
We recommend making a reservation for at least 90 minutes prior to showtime to allow plenty of time to enjoy your meal before the performance. Once you’re finished dining, your server will be happy to escort you over to Encore for check-in.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets may be purchased online through our website or Eventbrite, or in person at the box office beginning one hour prior to showtime, subject to availability. We do not honor tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers. To avoid ticket scams, please purchase tickets only through our official ticketing channels.

From there you can choose # of seats from drop down menu which will automatically generate ‘best available’ seats OR choose your seats directly by clicking BUY ON MAP BUTTON below the seating chart.
